Introduction

인하대학교 화학공학과에 소속된 나노하이브리드재료 연구실(Advanced Nanohybrids Laboratory)은 탄소나노튜브/그래핀을 기반으로 한 탄소나소소재 제조 및 직접방사 방식으로 제조된 탄소나노튜브 원사, 그리고 유무기 배위결합체를 탄화하여 만든 탄소체에 대한 연구를 진행 중이며, 고성능 탄소재료의 설계 및 공정 개발, 스마트화를 통한 주력산업의 고도화 및 미래지향적 에너지 저장 소재 및 관련 기술 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

탄소나노튜브 기반의 플렉서블 배터리 개발 최근 신체에 착용 및 부착 가능하여 컴퓨팅 행위를 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스가 대두 되고 있다. 웨어러블 디바이스의 주요 기술적 요소 중 하나로 배터리 소재 분야가 있는데, 현재 상용 리튬이차전지는 탄력성이 없어 부서지기 쉬운 특성을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 기초연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구실은 탄소나노튜브 원사(CNT yarn)의 높은 강성은 유지하면서 고율의 충방전 환경에서 높은 용량이 지속적으로 발현 가능한 매우 우수한 전기화학적 특성을 겸비한 음극 소재용 탄소나노튜브 원사를 개발하였다. 또한 탄소나노튜브 원사 표면에 양극 활물질(LFP)을 코팅시킨 후, 각각의 원사를 양극, 음극으로 모두 구현하여 탄소나노튜브 원사 기반의 플렉서블 배터리를 제조하..
